The role involves handling anti-dumping (AD) and countervailing duty (CVD) matters, advising on evolving tariff rules, and counseling clients on cross-border trade compliance risk.
The successful candidate will join a national litigation and regulatory practice and will have the opportunity to develop client relationships, work with multidisciplinary teams, and shape strategy on high‑profile trade matters. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is expected.
- Proven partner-level experience in international trade, including AD/CVD litigation and trade remedy work.
- Track record advising on trade policy and tariff-related regulatory developments.
- Experience counseling clients on trade compliance programs and risk mitigation.
- Admission to at least one U.S. bar; ability to work across U.S. jurisdictions.
- Established client relationships or a portable practice appropriate for a partner role.
