Leading international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Luxembourg corporate and funds practice. The role focuses on fund formation, investment management and private equity matters, advising fund sponsors, managers and investors on structuring and regulatory issues.

The partner will build and lead local deal teams, work closely with regional and global colleagues, and develop cross-border mandates across Europe. This is a senior, client-facing role suited to candidates with an established funds practice and demonstrable track record of originating and managing mandates.

Established partner with significant experience in fund formation, investment management and private equity transactions.
Proven portable practice / demonstrable book of business and strong client relationships.
Ability to lead deal teams and collaborate across jurisdictions on cross-border transactions.
Luxembourg qualifications or equivalent EU/regulatory experience preferred; strong regulatory and transactional drafting skills.
