Partner opportunity with a leading international law firm to build and lead an investment funds practice from the Luxembourg office. The role focuses on fund formation, structured fund products and advising private equity and investment management clients across cross-border structures.

Ideal for an established partner with a portable practice in funds, private equity or investment management who can develop client relationships and originate new mandates. You will work closely with corporate and finance teams across the firm's global network on complex fund and capital markets matters.

Proven partner-level experience in fund formation and investment funds (UCITS/AIF/alternative funds or comparable structures).
Track record advising private equity, fund managers or institutional investors on cross-border fund structures and related finance/capital markets matters.
Portable practice / demonstrable book of business in investment funds or private equity (required).
Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to Luxembourg markets an advantage.
