Senior finance partner role based in Luxembourg within a well-established international practice. The position will involve advising banks, private equity sponsors and corporates on leveraged and acquisition finance, syndicated lending, and structured finance matters.

The post-holder will join a cross-border team with strong international coordination, leading transactions, supervising associates, and developing client relationships across multiple jurisdictions. This is an opportunity to shape the Luxembourg finance platform and work on complex, market-facing mandates.

We are seeking a commercially minded partner with a proven track record of originating and running finance work and a portable practice or book of business suitable for immediate integration into a busy team.

Qualified lawyer with substantial experience in lending and structured finance (partner level).
Demonstrable track record of originating and leading complex finance transactions and managing client relationships.
Experience working on cross-border syndicated and acquisition financings; strong technical drafting and negotiation skills.
Ability to manage and develop a team of associates and collaborate with international colleagues.
Admission in Luxembourg or equivalent EU qualification, and fluency in English; additional languages advantageous.
