Partner — Corporate (M&A), Luxembourg

A global law firm is seeking a senior corporate partner to lead its M&A practice in Luxembourg. The role is focused on leading cross-border and domestic corporate transactions from the Luxembourg office and building the local practice.

The partner will run deal teams, advise on complex transactions, and take responsibility for client development and relationship management. The firm offers an international platform and collaboration with colleagues across jurisdictions.

• Proven partner-level experience in corporate/M&A transactions.
• Track record of originating and developing client work; portable practice preferred.
• Experience leading deal teams and managing client relationships.
