An established international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join and lead within its Corporate practice in Luxembourg, with a focus on fund formation. This is a senior-level opportunity to help drive the continued growth of the firm's Luxembourg corporate and investment funds offering.

The successful candidate will advise fund sponsors, institutional investors, and financial institutions on the structuring, formation, and ongoing operation of a wide range of investment funds, including private equity, real estate, infrastructure, and debt strategies. The role involves close collaboration with colleagues across multiple practice groups and jurisdictions.

Candidates should bring a portable client following and a demonstrated ability to originate and lead sophisticated fund formation mandates. The firm provides a collaborative platform and strong cross-border capabilities to support the development of a partner-level practice.

Admitted to practice in Luxembourg (or eligible for admission)
Extensive experience in corporate law with a focus on fund formation
Proven track record of leading complex fund formation transactions
Strong business development skills and an established client base
Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
