The team seeks a partner who will lead complex disputes, develop client strategy across IP and antitrust fronts, and work collaboratively with corporate and energy colleagues. The position offers a platform to grow and originate work while integrating into an established litigation group.

Established partner with significant IP (patent litigation) and antitrust litigation experience.
Track record advising private equity, life sciences, technology or energy clients on complex disputes.
Proven business development ability and an existing portable practice or book of business.
Leadership experience managing teams and developing client relationships; admitted to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions or able to obtain admission.
