Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to expand its San Francisco disputes team with a focus on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will sit at the intersection of intellectual property, antitrust and private equity-related disputes, supporting work across life sciences, technology and energy sectors.

Candidate will lead trial and appellate work, manage complex cross-border litigation, and collaborate with transactional teams on deal-related competition issues. The group offers a platform to grow a portable litigation practice and to work on high-stakes, industry-leading matters.

Proven partner-level trial and litigation experience in patent and antitrust matters, ideally with experience in life sciences and technology disputes.
Portable practice/book of business with an ability to originate and lead client engagements.
Track record of managing teams and driving business development; comfortable working on deal-related competition issues tied to private equity transactions.
Active bar admission in California (or eligible to transfer) and strong appellate and trial advocacy skills.
