Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established San Francisco office of a leading national law firm. The role will focus on patent litigation in technology and life‑sciences matters, with substantial antitrust and private‑equity‑related litigation work.

The team handles high‑stakes disputes across technology, media, life sciences and energy sectors. The practice combines courtroom and appellate work with counseling on technology transactions and competition issues.

Established partner with a portable litigation practice and demonstrable business development success
Significant experience in patent litigation, preferably involving technology and/or life‑sciences clients
Experience with antitrust/competition matters, including PE‑related disputes, and with complex commercial litigation and trials
Bar admission and qualifications to practice in California (or willingness to obtain)
