Established partner with significant experience in patent litigation and antitrust litigation (trial and appellate experience preferred)
Demonstrable track record representing clients in life sciences, technology, private equity or energy sectors
Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships — portable practice welcomed
Strong team leadership and business development skills; able to collaborate with corporate and regulatory teams
