Lateral Partner — IP & Antitrust Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Prominent national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. litigation team focusing on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will handle complex disputes across life sciences, technology and private equity–related antitrust litigation, working alongside experienced trial teams and cross‑practice colleagues.

The team is active on high‑stakes federal and ITC matters and values courtroom experience, strategic client counseling and coordinate defense and enforcement matters that intersect IP and competition issues. The hire will have substantial autonomy to grow a portable practice and collaborate across offices.

• Established partner with significant trial and patent‑litigation experience (life sciences and/or technology focus preferred)
• Proven antitrust litigation experience, particularly in matters tied to private equity transactions is a plus
• Track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable book of business expected
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and work across offices; admitted or able to be admitted in D.C.
