Lateral Partner — IP & Antitrust Litigation, Washington, D.C.

Seeking a lateral partner to join a major U.S. practice with a national litigation platform. The role will focus on patent litigation (with an emphasis on life sciences and technology) and antitrust litigation matters, including work tied to private equity transactions and related disputes.

The team handles high-stakes federal and international litigation and counsel clients across regulated industries. The position offers partnership-level responsibility for case strategy, client development, and mentoring junior lawyers within a broad, multi-office litigation practice.

• Established partner with significant trial and appellate experience in patent and antitrust litigation.
• Demonstrable track record advising or defending technology and life sciences clients; experience on matters involving private equity is a strong plus.
• Proven ability to originate and grow client relationships; portable practice preferred.
• Admission to the D.C. bar (or eligible) and ability to work on domestic and cross-border matters.
