Lateral Partner — IP & Antitrust (Private Equity & Life Sciences) — New York

Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York office to lead and grow patent-litigation and antitrust matters connected to private equity, life sciences and technology clients. The role combines intellectual property litigation leadership with competition work and transactional coordination across practice groups.

The successful candidate will join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team handling high-stakes litigation and complex cross-border matters. This position offers the opportunity to work on matters touching on corporate clients and energy-sector participants while developing a market-facing practice from the New York platform.

• Proven partner-level experience in patent litigation, with strong exposure to life sciences and/or technology matters
• Significant antitrust/competition litigation experience, particularly involving private equity-related issues
• Established, portable practice and demonstrated client development success
• Bar admission in New York (or eligibility) and ability to work on cross-border and multidisciplinary matters
