Leading national law firm is seeking an experienced lateral partner to join its San Francisco litigation team with a focus on patent litigation and antitrust matters. The role will handle high-stakes disputes for clients in life sciences, technology and private equity settings and will work closely with broader regional practices.

The firm is looking for a partner who will develop and expand a portable litigation practice, mentor and lead junior lawyers, and participate in client development across IP and competition matters. The position offers significant courtroom and trial work and integration with adjacent corporate and energy-related practices.

Established partner with substantial patent litigation and antitrust/competition experience.
Proven track record of leading complex, high-value disputes (trial experience preferred).
Experience representing clients in life sciences and technology sectors and working with private equity clients.
Demonstrated business development ability and an existing portable book of business.
Strong leadership and mentoring skills for developing litigation teams.
