Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Washington, D.C. office to lead and grow IP and antitrust litigation work. The role is focused on patent litigation (particularly life sciences and technology matters) and antitrust disputes connected to commercial and private equity transactions.

The partner will work with interdisciplinary teams across technology, media & entertainment, and energy practices to handle high-stakes, complex disputes and counseling. The position offers a platform to originate and develop business while leveraging firmwide resources and national reach.

Proven partner-level litigation experience in patent and antitrust matters, with a focus on life sciences or technology-related disputes.
Track record of leading complex, high-value cases and managing litigation teams.
Business development ability and an established portable practice or book of business to contribute to growth.
Bar admission and eligibility to practice in the D.C. market; strong client relationship and matter management skills.
