The role will involve handling high-stakes IP disputes, coordinating across cross‑functional teams, and developing litigation strategy from pleadings through trial.

The firm is looking for an experienced trial advocate who can both manage complex technical matters and grow client relationships in the healthcare and life sciences sectors. Candidates with an existing portable practice or demonstrable client-development track record are encouraged to apply.

Established credential in intellectual property litigation, including experience with complex, high‑value disputes
Demonstrated work with healthcare or life sciences clients and familiarity with related regulatory and technical issues
Proven trial and oral advocacy experience and ability to lead teams on multiparty litigation
Track record of business development; portable practice or clear ability to originate and grow client work
Admission to practice in Massachusetts or eligible for admission
