Experienced litigation partner sought to join a major national law firm’s Detroit office to lead and expand its intellectual property and healthcare/life-sciences litigation work. The role will involve managing complex IP disputes and counseling clients across healthcare and life-sciences sectors.

The practice offers leadership responsibility for significant matters, mentoring junior colleagues, and collaboration with cross‑office teams. The firm is seeking a partner with a portable practice and demonstrated ability to develop client relationships in IP and healthcare matters.

Established partner with substantial experience in IP litigation, preferably including healthcare or life‑sciences matters
Proven trial and motion practice, with experience managing teams and complex disputes
Track record of business development and a portable book of business or ability to originate work
Admission to practice (or ability to obtain admission) in the relevant state(s); strong client and interpersonal skills
