Lateral Partner — IP & Healthcare Litigation, Los Angeles

Established national firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Los Angeles office to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice focused on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role combines courtroom and counseling work for clients in the healthcare and life sciences sectors.

The position is for a rainmaker partner able to bring and expand a portable practice, mentor junior litigators, and work closely with cross-practice teams on complex IP disputes and regulatory-related litigation.

• Partner-level proven track record in intellectual property litigation, including experience with life sciences/healthcare matters.
• Demonstrated ability to originate and sustain client relationships — portable business required.
• Experience managing litigation teams and mentoring associates.
• Bar admission and eligibility to practice in California (or ability to obtain admission).
