Leading national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Madison office to expand an established Intellectual Property litigation and healthcare/life‑sciences practice. The role will focus on IP disputes, counseling clients in the healthcare and life‑sciences sectors, and leading trial and appellate matters.

The successful candidate will join an integrated team of litigators and regulatory specialists, work on complex, high‑stakes matters, and help develop business across IP and healthcare clients. The firm supports partner-level business development and offers resources for growing a portable practice.

Established partner-level IP litigation practice, with experience in healthcare or life‑sciences matters.
Proven trial and appellate experience and ability to lead teams on complex litigation.
Track record of originating or developing client relationships; readiness to grow a portable book of business.
Active bar admission (or ability to obtain) in the relevant jurisdiction and strong professional references.
