The partner will manage and mentor litigation teams, collaborate with cross-practice colleagues on related regulatory and commercial issues, and play a visible role in case strategy through trial and appellate stages. The position includes client relationship management and an expectation to contribute to business development.

Admission to the New York bar (or ability to obtain admission)
Significant experience in IP litigation, with matters involving life sciences or healthcare clients
Proven trial and appellate experience or a track record leading complex disputes
Demonstrated team leadership and mentoring skills
Proven business development capability; portable client relationships welcome
