Well-established national law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Tallahassee office to lead IP litigation matters with a focus on healthcare and life sciences disputes. The role emphasizes courtroom and appellate work, managing litigation teams, and coordinating across practice groups.

The position offers an opportunity to build and expand a regional litigation platform in the healthcare and life sciences space. The team handles complex patent, trade secret and related commercial disputes on behalf of corporate clients.

Established litigation partner with significant trial and appellate experience, ideally including IP litigation (patent, trade secret or related tech disputes).
Deep knowledge of healthcare and life sciences regulatory and commercial issues.
Proven ability to manage and mentor teams and to lead matter strategy.
Business development skills and willingness to grow a portable practice or contribute existing client relationships.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission.
