Lateral Partner — IP Litigation, Boston

Partner-level opportunity with a well-established US law firm seeking a senior IP litigator to join its Boston office. The role focuses on complex intellectual property disputes across federal and state courts and before administrative tribunals.

Ideal candidates will step into a client-facing partner role, leading high-stakes litigation teams and developing business in the IP space. The team handles patent, trademark and other IP enforcement and defense matters for sophisticated corporate clients.

• Proven partner-level IP litigation experience, including courtroom and dispositive-motion work
• Track record of leading teams on complex patent and trademark matters
• Established portable book of business and demonstrable client development capability
• Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission; Boston-based or willing to relocate
