Lateral Partner — IP Litigation, Hartford

Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established IP litigation group in Hartford. The role will focus on managing and trying complex intellectual property disputes across federal courts and at the International Trade Commission.

Ideal candidates will take a lead role on matters, supervise associates, and help grow the practice through existing client relationships and new business development. The team handles high-stakes patent and other IP litigation for a range of corporate clients.

• Admissions: active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction(s).
• Established track record in IP litigation, including significant federal court and trial experience.
• Proven client-development ability and an existing portable practice.
• Experience managing teams and mentoring junior lawyers.
