Experienced IP litigation partner sought by a national law firm for its Raleigh office to lead and grow matters at the intersection of intellectual property and healthcare/life sciences.

The role will focus on IP enforcement and defense, complex patent and trade‑secret disputes, and counseling healthcare and life‑sciences clients on litigation risk. The team handles high‑stakes matters and works closely with multidisciplinary practice groups.

Established partner-level experience in IP litigation, including patent and trade-secret matters.
Substantial experience representing healthcare or life‑sciences clients preferred.
Proven trial / appellate litigation skills and experience managing complex matters and teams.
Track record of client development; portable practice or demonstrable business generation is highly desirable.
Active bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction or ability to obtain admission in the state.
