Leading national law firm seeks an experienced lateral partner to join its Intellectual Property and Technology practice in Raleigh. The role will focus on client-facing work across IP, technology transactions, and sector-focused matters in telecommunications and life sciences.

The successful candidate will lead client engagements, develop and grow a team, and work closely with other practice groups on cross-cutting technology and IP issues. A portable practice or demonstrated ability to originate and grow business is welcomed.

Established partner-level experience in IP and technology matters, with significant exposure to telecommunications and/or life sciences clients
Proven client relationship and business development skills; portable book of business preferred
Bar admission and standing in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction
Ability to lead engagements, mentor junior lawyers, and collaborate across practices
