Established global law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Raleigh corporate and technology transactions practice. The role combines M&A, capital markets and technology-focused deal work, with opportunities to collaborate with IP and finance teams on cross-disciplinary matters.

The successful candidate will work on transactions for clients across technology, life sciences, financial services and energy sectors, and will help grow the local practice alongside national and international colleagues. This is a partner-level leadership role with responsibilities for originating work, cultivating client relationships and mentoring junior lawyers.

Experienced partner with a strong transactional practice in M&A, capital markets and/or technology transactions.
Track record of originating and developing client relationships; portable business welcome.
Comfort working collaboratively across IP, finance and sector-focused teams.
Licensed to practice in the relevant US jurisdiction or able to qualify promptly.
