Lateral Partner — Corporate (Raleigh)

Leading national law firm seeks a corporate partner to build and lead transactional work from its Raleigh office. The role will focus on mergers & acquisitions, general corporate transactions and corporate governance matters for public and private company clients.

The partner will work with existing practice teams to originate and execute deals, mentor junior lawyers, and expand regional client relationships. This is a visible, business-development focused role with opportunities to shape the office s corporate capability.

• Portable book of business of $2M+ (USD)
• Proven partner-level experience in M&A and corporate transactions
• Track record of client origination and relationship management
• Ability to lead deal teams and develop junior lawyers
