Leading global law firm is seeking a lateral partner to join its Corporate and Technology practices in Raleigh. The role will handle M&A, capital markets and technology-related transactional matters across a range of sectors, with opportunities to collaborate with IP and litigation teams on cross-disciplinary work.

The office is growing and seeks an experienced partner who can contribute to and help expand a portable transactional practice, work with emerging growth and life sciences/technology clients, and support national and international deals.

Proven partner-level transactional experience in M&A, capital markets or technology transactions.
Track record advising growth-stage, technology, life sciences or financial services clients; private equity experience a plus.
Ability to develop or bring a portable client base and to work collaboratively across practices (IP, litigation, finance).
Strong deal management, business development and leadership skills for a growing regional office.
