Senior partner hire to lead and grow a cross-practice Corporate team in Raleigh, with a strong emphasis on M&A, private equity and capital markets work. The role will also work closely with healthcare, life sciences, technology and IP teams to service sector-focused clients.

Ideal candidate will have a track record of originating and executing complex transactions, building client relationships across industries (life sciences, technology, financial services, energy) and collaborating with national and international offices. There is a preference for established groups but strong individual hires will be considered.

Portable book of business of $4M+ (USD)
Significant transactional experience in M&A, private equity and capital markets (issuer-side experience a plus)
Proven client origination and team leadership skills; experience working with sector-focused practices (healthcare/life sciences, technology, financial services)
Comfort working across offices and collaborating with IP and litigation teams on related matters
