Seeking a lateral partner to join a well-established US litigation practice in Houston focused on intellectual property disputes. The role will lead high-stakes IP litigation matters and collaborate with trial teams across the region.

The partner will manage case strategy, supervise associates, and drive client relationships and business development in the IP space. This is a client-facing role with significant responsibility for building and expanding a litigation practice.

Ideal candidates have an established portable practice, substantial IP litigation and trial experience, and the ability to originate and develop new matters in the Houston market.

Proven track record in intellectual property litigation (patent, trademark, trade secrets, or related IP disputes)
Established portable practice / demonstrable client origination ability
Significant trial and motion practice experience; experience leading teams on complex matters
Admission to practice in relevant U.S. jurisdictions and good standing
