Lateral Partner, IP Litigation — London

An established law firm is seeking a Lateral Partner to join its London disputes team to lead and grow IP litigation work. The role will focus on high-value contentious matters across intellectual property disciplines, acting for a range of commercial and technology clients.

The successful candidate will take a visible leadership role within the practice, handling complex UK litigation and supervising junior team members. The firm is looking for a partner with an existing portable practice who can develop business and contribute to strategic growth in the London office.

• Proven track record in intellectual property litigation at partner level (UK experience preferred).
• Experience of leading high-value contested matters and managing teams.
• Established portable practice / demonstrable book of business.
• Strong business development skills and client relationship management.
