Senior partner opportunity to lead and grow an intellectual property litigation practice in Montreal. The role focuses on technology-related IP disputes, including copyright and other non-pharmaceutical IP litigation.

Candidate will manage complex contentious matters, supervise associates, and work with a cross-border team on strategic litigation and enforcement. The hiring firm seeks a partner with an established portable practice who can actively develop business in the region.

Established track record in IP litigation, with particular experience in technology and copyright matters
Proven trial and motion experience and the ability to lead complex disputes
Demonstrated experience supervising and mentoring associates
Portable book of business and a clear plan for business development in Montreal/Canada
Admission or eligibility to be admitted to practice in the relevant Canadian/Quebec jurisdiction
