Established national law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its New York team, focusing on patent litigation and related commercial disputes. The role will involve high-stakes matters in life sciences and technology, and interplay with antitrust and private-equity-related litigation.

Successful candidates will join a busy, collaborative litigation group and take a leading role on case strategy, client relationships, and trial-ready matters. This is a partner-level opening where a portable practice or client relationships are welcome and will be supported by an integrated cross-practice platform.

Established partner with significant patent litigation experience, particularly in life sciences and/or technology
Proven litigation and courtroom experience; ability to lead teams on complex matters
Familiarity with antitrust issues arising in private equity or M&A contexts preferred
Track record of business development and client relationship management; portable matters welcomed
