Lateral Partner, IP Litigation — New York

Senior lateral partner opportunity to lead an intellectual property litigation practice in a New York office of a well-established national firm. The role focuses on complex patent, trademark and trade secret litigation across federal courts and before administrative tribunals.

The position involves managing major contested matters, mentoring and supervising associates, and working collaboratively with other practice groups on cross-border and transactional issues. The team handles high-stakes disputes for sophisticated corporate clients.

Applicants must be able to bring an existing portable practice and play a leading role in client development and firm growth.

• Established partner with significant experience in IP litigation (patent, trademark, trade secret).
• Track record of leading complex federal court and administrative proceedings and managing teams of associates.
• Proven client-development and business generation ability; portable practice required.
• Bar admission in relevant U.S. jurisdiction(s) and excellent academic and professional references.
