Leading U.S. law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Orange County office to lead and expand the intellectual property litigation practice. The role focuses on high-stakes IP disputes, including patent and related technology litigation, across federal courts and before tribunals.

The firm is looking for a partner with an established, portable practice who will both manage complex matters and drive client development in the region. This is a practice-building role with significant responsibility for case strategy, trial work, and business generation.

Established partner with significant IP litigation experience (patent and related technology disputes preferred).
Proven trial and federal-court litigation skills; experience managing teams on complex matters.
Track record of originating and sustaining client relationships; portable practice required.
Bar admission in the relevant jurisdiction and strong business development capabilities.
