Partner opportunity for an experienced IP litigator to join a national practice handling intellectual property disputes, with a strong focus on healthcare and life sciences matters. The role will involve leading complex litigation, managing trial strategy, and mentoring junior lawyers.

The team combines deep technical and industry knowledge with courtroom experience; candidates should be comfortable advising clients across the healthcare and life sciences sectors on contentious IP issues. A portable practice or demonstrable ability to develop client relationships will be beneficial.

Established experience leading IP litigation matters, including complex patent and related disputes
Proven trial and courtroom experience preferred; strong alternative-dispute-resolution track record a plus
Ability to originate and develop client relationships; experience managing and mentoring teams
Bar admission in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction and strong familiarity with federal court practice
