Opportunity for a lateral partner to join a national full-service firm’s Houston office, supporting Labor & Employment and ERISA matters with cross-practice collaboration across corporate, IP and litigation teams. The team handles both counseling and contentious work and seeks a partner who can strengthen ERISA, employee benefits and broader employment capabilities.

The role favors candidates with a portable practice who can work across offices and collaborate with corporate and litigation colleagues on client matters. The hiring team is open to partners with a range of labor & employment and related intellectual property or corporate work and offers flexibility on billing arrangements and office location within the firm’s network.

Proven partner-level experience in labor & employment and/or ERISA matters
Portable client base or demonstrated ability to develop and grow client relationships
Strong litigation and/or counseling track record; experience collaborating with corporate and IP teams advantageous
Excellent business development, client management and leadership skills
