Established national firm seeks a lateral partner to join its Denver office to lead and grow practices across labor & employment, intellectual property litigation, and corporate matters. The role offers a platform to collaborate with multi-office teams and to build a portable practice with strong regional and national client opportunities.

Ideal candidates will drive business development, supervise teams on complex litigation and transactional work, and partner with other practice leaders to expand service offerings. The team handles ERISA and benefits matters, employment litigation, IP disputes, and corporate deals.

Partner-level experience in labor & employment, ERISA/benefits, IP litigation and/or corporate practice
Proven business development record; portable book of business welcomed
Track record of managing client relationships and supervising associates
Comfort working across multiple offices and collaborating on cross-practice matters
