The successful candidate will lead trial and appellate work, develop and manage client relationships, and contribute to team growth. This is an opportunity to join a busy practice with national reach while based in the Nashville market.

Experienced partner with a strong Labor & Employment litigation background.
Proven courtroom and trial experience handling employment-related disputes.
Track record of originating and managing client matters; portable practice or book of business welcomed.
Ability to mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across a national platform.
