Leading international law firm seeks a lateral partner to join its London leveraged finance and capital markets team. The role will advise on a broad range of leveraged finance transactions and related capital markets matters for corporate and sponsor clients.

The team handles complex, cross-border financings and works closely with other practice groups across Europe and the US. This is a senior transactional role with significant client-facing responsibility and opportunity to lead execution on major deals.

Applicants should be able to bring and develop client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives within the firm’s global platform.

Established partner-level experience in leveraged finance and related capital markets work.
Proven ability to originate and manage transactional matters and lead deal teams across jurisdictions.
Track record of client development and a portable practice or demonstrable client relationships.
Qualified to practise in the UK (England & Wales) and comfortable working on cross-border matters.
