High‑profile international law firm is seeking a lateral partner to strengthen its leveraged finance capability in London. The role will involve leading complex leveraged and acquisition finance transactions, advising sponsor and corporate clients, and working across cross‑border financing matters.

The successful candidate will be a senior, client‑facing lawyer with a proven record of originating and executing leveraged finance deals and the ability to win and manage business. This is a partner appointment with responsibility for team leadership and business development within a busy, market‑leading finance practice.

Established partner‑level experience in leveraged finance and related acquisition financings.
Demonstrable track record of originating and executing complex, cross‑border financing transactions.
Proven client development skills; a portable practice or ability to bring client relationships is strongly preferred.
Experience managing and mentoring teams on high‑value matters; excellent commercial judgment and communication skills.
