Experienced partner sought to lead and grow a life sciences practice in Paris, focusing on compliance, regulatory matters and transactional work. The role combines regulatory advisory with corporate deal experience across the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device sectors.

The firm is looking for a partner with demonstrable deal experience and the ability to advise on regulatory frameworks affecting life sciences clients. The role offers the opportunity to build a team and broaden a commercial practice in a major European market.

Portable client relationships and a track record of originating work are important; candidates with a smaller or developing book of business will also be considered where there is clear growth potential.

Qualified to practice in France (or equivalent) with partner-level experience in life sciences transactional work and regulatory matters
Proven experience advising on compliance and regulatory issues affecting pharmaceutical, biotech or medical device clients
Demonstrable track record of business development and originating client work; ability to bring or grow a portable practice
Strong leadership and team management skills; fluent English and French
