The ideal candidate will lead a portable practice, collaborate across IP and transactional teams, and help grow the local life sciences platform. This is an opportunity to join an established practice with national reach while maintaining a client-facing, rainmaking role.

Partner-level experience counseling life sciences companies on patent/IP matters and commercial/licensing transactions
Proven track record of originating and managing business; portable practice required
Strong technical literacy in patent prosecution/strategy and transactional documentation
Licensed to practice in the U.S.; ability to work from the Dallas office
