The position is partner‑level, offering a platform to develop and grow a portable life‑sciences practice while collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams on complex IP matters. The team advises clients across the product lifecycle, from early‑stage patent strategy through commercialization and licensing.

Established partner with significant experience in life‑sciences patent work and related commercial transactions or licensing.
Proven ability to bring and grow a portable practice; demonstrated client development and business generation experience.
Technical background in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or medical devices; patent prosecution and counseling experience required.
Strong collaborative skills to work with transactional, regulatory and commercial teams; admissions/registrations as appropriate.
