Seeking an equity partner to join a major US law firm’s Life Sciences team. The role focuses on transactional work for life-sciences companies—particularly emerging biotech, medtech and startups—across financing, M&A and strategic transactions.

Open to candidates based in New York, Boston, San Francisco/Silicon Valley or Los Angeles. The team values partners with an established, portable practice and demonstrable client relationships in the life-sciences ecosystem rather than non-equity candidates.

Equity partner level (lateral) with a substantial life-sciences transactional practice.
Experience advising startups, venture financings, strategic exits and M&A in the biotech/medtech space.
Portable book of business and established client relationships in the life-sciences sector.
Strong commercial judgment and ability to originate and develop business across offices.
