Leading national law firm seeks a Lateral Partner to join and grow its Life Sciences & Technology practice in the Boston office. The role will combine client-facing work, team leadership, and business development across technology, life sciences and healthcare-focused matters.

The partner will lead complex transactions and commercial matters for corporate and emerging technology clients, mentor associates, and work closely with cross-office teams. The firm is looking for an established rainmaker with a demonstrable portable practice who can originate and expand client relationships.

Established partner-level experience in life sciences, healthtech or technology transactions and commercial work
Proven track record of business development and client origination; portable book of business required
Strong leadership and team-management skills; experience mentoring associates
Excellent commercial judgment and ability to work across practice groups and offices
