Seeking a lateral partner to lead and grow a Life Sciences & Technology practice in the firm's New York office. The role will combine client-facing work, deal execution and strategic business development across technology-driven healthcare and life sciences engagements.

The successful candidate will have a track record advising companies and investors on technology, life sciences and related commercial matters, and will take a senior role in originating and expanding client relationships within the region. This is an opportunity to join a well-regarded US firm with national and international practice reach.

  • Established partner with significant experience in life sciences and/or technology matters (transactions, collaborations, licensing, commercial agreements or related regulatory-commercial work).
  • Proven business development and client origination skills; must bring a portable practice / book of business.
  • Strong reputation in the market and ability to lead engagements and mentor junior lawyers.
  • Admission to the New York bar or eligible to practice in New York; excellent communication and relationship-management skills.
