Seeking an experienced lateral partner to join a well-established US law firm’s Life Sciences & Technology practice in Orange Country. The role will lead complex transactional and advisory matters for life sciences and technology clients and help grow a busy, sophisticated regional practice.

You will manage deal teams and collaborate with national offices, provide strategic counseling to corporate and commercial clients in the sector, and play an active role in business development and client relationship management.

Candidates must bring partnership experience and a demonstrable track record of originating and growing client work; a portable practice is required.

Partnership-level experience advising life sciences and/or technology companies on commercial and transactional matters
Proven client origination and business development record; portable practice required
Strong leadership and team-management experience, including mentoring junior lawyers
Active bar admission in the relevant US jurisdiction
Excellent commercial judgment and written/verbal communication skills
