Experienced partner-level lawyer sought to lead and grow a cross-border life sciences and technology practice. The role focuses on transactional and commercial matters for clients in biotechnology, fintech and related tech sectors, with work spanning the United States and United Kingdom.

The successful candidate will join a large international practice and will be expected to originate and manage client relationships, collaborate across offices on cross-border deals, and mentor junior lawyers. A portable practice or demonstrable book of business is desirable.

Established partner-level experience in life sciences, technology or related commercial/transactional work
Proven track record of originating and managing client relationships; portable practice preferred
Experience with biotechnology, fintech or technology transactions and commercial agreements
Ability to work across US and UK jurisdictions and to lead cross-border matters
Strong leadership and mentoring skills
