Leading global law firm seeks an experienced litigation partner to join its Abu Dhabi office and strengthen regional dispute resolution capabilities. The role will involve handling high-value litigation and international arbitration matters across the Middle East, mentoring junior lawyers, and working closely with cross-border teams.

The successful candidate will be a senior litigator with a track record of winning and managing complex disputes, strong client relationships, and the ability to originate and grow work in the market. A portable practice or book of business is welcome and will be valued.

Established partner-level litigation background with significant experience in commercial disputes and/or international arbitration.
Proven business development record and ability to bring or grow client relationships in the region.
Experience leading teams and managing matters from strategy through enforcement.
Admitted and qualified to practise in a relevant jurisdiction; excellent English and strong cross-border collaboration skills.
